Internet Firewall Configuration: MacOS X 10.5 Leopard - TB9246

Overview

This document will help you set up the built-in firewall on your Macintosh computer running MacOS X 10.5.1 (Leopard) or newer.

These instructions will not work for any other version of Mac OS X. For instructions related to previous OS versions, see Internet Firewall Configuration: MacOS X.

Step 1: Go to Firewall Settings

1. Click on the Apple menu
2. Click on "System Preferences..."
3. In the System Preferences window, click on "Security"
4. Click on the "Firewall" tab

Step 2: Configure Firewall Settings

Select "Block all incoming connections".
