MSUnet Wireless Configuration: All Supported Operating Systems - TB3335

Overview

MSUnet Wireless, the centrally managed wireless internet service, provides wireless users with the flexibility to roam the MSU campus. MSU's wireless network supports all of the current Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) standards – 802.11a, 802.11b and 802.11g.

This article will provide you with documentation for configuring all of the supported Operating Systems for MSUnet Wireless access while on-campus.

NOTE: It is mandatory that you must have Javascript enabled for MSUnet Wireless access. This should already be enabled, as it is by default in most browsers.

Windows MSUnet Wireless configurations

Select your Windows-based Operating System from the list below:

• Windows Vista
• Windows XP Service Pack 2
• Windows 2000 Professional

MacOS MSUnet Wireless configurations

Select your MacOS version from the list below:

• MacOS 10.3.x and 10.4.x
• MacOS 10.5.x (Leopard)
